Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Safra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of Service

Safra is a personal reflection and journaling app that provides:

• Curated journeys ("Safrs") with daily prompts
• Personal journaling capabilities
• The ability to create and gift custom Safrs
• Progress tracking and sticker collection

User Accounts

Some features of Safra require an account (such as creating and sharing gifts). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information

User Content & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Safra, including journal entries and Safr responses.

Your reflections stay private: Journal entries and your responses to Safr prompts stay on your device. We cannot read or access your personal reflections.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Gifted Safrs

When you create a Safr for someone else:

• You are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate
• The recipient may claim or decline the gift
• Gifted Safrs are generated using AI and reviewed for appropriateness

Intellectual Property

Safra, including its design, features, and curated content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content without permission.

Disclaimer

Safra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Safra is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Safra.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
